The Task Force is comprised of the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority, Old Colony Planning Council, the Southeastern Regional Planning and Economic Development District, and 40 Task Force members representing the communities affected. The group meets on a bi-monthly basis to discuss different methods to plan and anticipate changes with the proposed Commuter Rail Extension to Fall River and New Bedford.
